Affordable Housing in Hook

Hart District Council has informed the PC of a new development of 4 x 2 bed apartments at  Winchfield. Two of these properties have already been reserved but you may be interested in one of the remaining ones, or know someone who might be.

No rent is paid on the remaining share. These properties are available as a 75% share and prices start from £251,250.
They are part of a smaller development and are of a high specification. Here is a link to the affordable housing providers website -
If you would like a copy of the sales brochure with more details about the properties please contact Nicola Harpham - nicola.harpham@hart.gov.uk
If you are interested in the properties please contact Merlion and the marketing officer (details on the brochure and website). Thanks.

New SW Website

We have recently changed over to our new village website - it's still a work in progress and some content will be added in the coming weeks. If there is something missing on the site that you feel we should include - please let Chris Preston  know.

We are aiming to keep this site as an accurate source of information on the village and our local services - if anything is wrong, let us know! We've also added a Facebook page to our site, which allows us to share more news and for people to add their own events and comments.
